Eleazar Kim is the founder and managing attorney of Echelon Law,. He is an experienced trial attorney who represents consumers in state and federal courts in cases involving product defects, breach of warranty, consumer fraud, and automobile manufacturer misconduct.
His practice focuses on representing consumers in Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and fraud actions against automobile manufacturers. As trial counsel, Eleazar has secured numerous jury verdicts in favor of plaintiffs in state and federal trials and has helped thousands of clients achieve maximum settlements through litigation.
Eleazar is also experienced in Federal Multidistrict Litigation involving class action defects and complex-case coordination matters. He enjoys taking depositions and is dedicated to protecting and enforcing the rights of his clients.
Before founding Echelon Law, Eleazar represented thousands of clients in civil litigation. As counsel for government and public entities, he successfully defended against a wide range of employment-related lawsuits.
